Can I still place orders?
For the health and safety of our community, in regard to the public health emergency, we’ve taken the decision to temporarily halt delivery services until any further information by Nepal Government.
However, you can continue to shop and have your order delivered once we officially launch our site.
I live outside Nepal; can I order for delivery in Nepal?
Currently, Caliber Shoes deliver orders only within Nepal from our portal, so you need to give a Nepalese address along with your contact number for successful delivery of your product.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You don’t need an account to complete an order purchase. However, if you register with us, you can enjoy the following benefits through your Caliber account:
- Track your orders and check previous purchases
- Request your exchange or return directly from your account
- Add items and sold out products to your Caliber Wish List
- Save your address and card details so you can shop even more quickly in future.
How do I place an order on the Caliber website?
It’s the easiest. Here’s how:
- Choose a category or design from the top navigation menu or search to explore a specific style or trend.
- Select your desired piece and click ‘Add to cart’.
- Sign in to your account or, if you’ve not yet created one, proceed via guest checkout.
- Enter your address, payment method and delivery details to complete your order. That’s it.
We’ll confirm the order and it will be carefully prepared and delivered to you, with updates every step of the way.
Can I place an order over the phone?

How do I reset my password?
If you have forgotten your password, request a link in our website to reset it or follow the instructions on the ‘Sign in’ page.
What happens if an item I have ordered runs out of stock?
There are three considerations that can be taken for this:
- If the item runs out of stock, it would be labelled the same and the item won’t get added to your wish list. However, if the item goes out of stock after it has been added to your Caliber wish list, but before your check out is completed, you will be informed at the time of check out.
- Such items can be added to your cart and we would try our best to provide you with your chosen item at the earliest possible. As soon as your selected item will be available with us, we will notify you for the same so that you can place your order.
- If a product goes out of stock after you have placed your order and received an order- confirmation, then, we will try our best to fulfill the supply by sourcing the selected item. In the event that we are unable to source it for you, we will inform you about the unavailability and cancel the item as per your convenience and reverse any charges made to your credit/debit card against that item.
Do you have free delivery options?
From time to time, we offer free delivery promotions. To receive email updates about our upcoming promotions, sign up to our mailing list. Please note that free delivery will be applied to your order on the payment page.
What is the Caliber wish list?
Caliber Wish list is a creative list wherein you can add the items you like and may wish to purchase anytime in the future, which we will source out to you as per your request.
What size should I order?
The size and fit of the shoes often vary amongst designers. To help you choose the most suitable size, you can refer to the ‘Size and Fit’ tab and the product measurements on every product page on their respective company websites.
Can I amend or cancel an item from my order?
Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel an item or request a different size for an item you have already ordered. Please note, we’re unable to add an item to an existing order.
If you need to make any amendments to your order, please contact our team as soon as possible and we’ll definitely provide the best solution possible.
Under what conditions returns/ replacement request will not be accepted?
Returns/ Replacement requests will not be entertained under the following cases:-
- If Products are Altered/ Used
- If Product is Returned without Original Packaging (price tags, labels & accessories)
- If Serial Number has tampered
- For Defective product that is covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s Warranty or Reported after 10 days of the Delivery
- For Damaged/Missing product that is reported after 2 days of the delivery
- For items sold under specific promotions, details of which would be mentioned in the Product page and Terms & Conditions page
How much time does it take to replace an order?
We initiate the replacement or refund within 2 working days of receiving the product at our centre.
Do you offer price adjustments on sale products?
We provide a price adjustment on items purchased up to seven days prior to the commencement date of a seasonal sale. Please be aware that the exact style and size must be available for purchase at the time your request is made before any adjustment in the sale price can be approved.
Please note, this won’t apply on further reductions or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price.

Can I receive a warranty/guarantee for the product?
All the products are under Caliber’s check & assurance in all manners and aspects; we would provide you with all the details regarding the colour, size, material and other necessary details required. We ensure to provide you with an absolute authentic product sourced directly from our factory. The items offered on Caliber.com are sourced directly from our factories. Our items on Caliber.com do not include any after-sale service/warranties as they are not under the control of us. All sales are made by our vendors and not from the manufacturers. The invoices are raised by the supplier directly to the customer.
Is my personal information kept private?
Relax and be assured that the access to your personal details is kept limited to us is 100% confidential; we will not allow outflow of your details at any point of time
